At Refokus, the Creative Production Designer isn’t here to just fill in the blanks, you’re the person who brings the vision to life. After the creative direction and identity are set, you step in and lead the design production, building out every page, every component, every detail. You make brands feel alive, cohesive, and genuinely original.

Who you are

You’re a creative operator who knows how to think, make, and deliver at a high level balancing logic, creativity, and technical know-how.

  1. Client service mindset; you’re collaborative, inspiring, and solution-oriented
  2. Creative mindset, but you get systems and know how to bring consistency to complex projects
  3. Obsessive about visual detail, spacing, hierarchy, and design quality
  4. Hands-on with graphics, asset prep, motion, and animation (Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, Lottie, etc.)
  5. Skilled at turning guidelines and creative direction into designs that feel fresh and intentional
  6. Strong communicator and collaborator, especially with developers, pms and clients.
  7. Solid understanding of the build process. Your files and specs make dev handoff a breeze.
  8. Thrive in a fast-paced, always pushing for the best work and finding smart solutions to complex problems
  9. 3+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or digital design, with at least 2 years in a creative agency/studio environment.
  10. Deep in Figma, familiar with animation tools, and Webflow knowledge is a bonus

What you will do

You’ll turn creative direction into fully realized digital experiences: polished, dynamic, and ready for launch.

  1. Own the design production stage across brand and web, bringing the creative vision to every part of the project
  2. Clean up and finalize the work of the Creative Director, then scale the design language through all pages, components, and assets
  3. Create new layouts, sections, interactions, animations, and assets that fit the strategy and push the brand forward
  4. Build styleguides, design systems, and components that keep everything tight and consistent
  5. Work hands-on with graphics, animations, and photography to make the brand shine
  6. Collaborate directly with developers handing off files, prepping assets, and making sure your designs get built right
  7. Spot patterns, solve problems, and invent smart, beautiful solutions across every touchpoint
  8. Iterate quickly, adapt to feedback, and focus on the details to deliver production-ready designs
